Have something worth building together?

Different collaborations need different starting points. Below are the kinds of work where I can contribute most, and the context that helps us decide. Podcast, video, and creator invitations have their own page.

ORGANIZATIONS & LONG-TERM WORK

Three practical starting points.

01

Talks & events

Keynotes, fireside conversations, and panels on AI judgment, building with AI, growth and experimentation, and career leverage.

Most useful when you can name who is in the room and what should change for them afterward.

02

Enterprise AI programs

Structured work for engineering and non-engineering teams, grounded in real workflows and organizational constraints. Previous programs and internal sessions include Tencent, Meituan, Xiaohongshu, DoorDash, Pinterest, and others.

Best when a team needs to move from discussing AI to changing how work actually gets done.

03

Advisory & long-term partnerships

Focused work on product, AI, data, growth, or organizational decisions where first-principles judgment and operating context both matter.

Long-term advisory or investment conversations can begin here. They remain separate from editorial coverage.

Commercial scope

For planning: advisory is $2,000 per hour; custom corporate programs start at $100k. Talks are scoped separately. Editorial invitations are never priced or bundled here.

HOW I THINK ABOUT FIT

A useful collaboration starts with the work, not the transaction.

01

Start with a real decision or audience need.

The clearest outreach says what should become possible, for whom, and why this is the right moment.

02

Judgment is not for sale.

I do not sell scripted endorsements or coverage of products I have not reached an independent view on.

03

Commercial relationships are disclosed.

Client, advisory, and investment relationships do not buy editorial access. If they are relevant to public content, they are disclosed.

START A CONVERSATION

A short email is enough.

Specific context makes it much easier to give you a useful answer, including when I am not the right person.

Please include four things:

  1. 01Who you are and what you are responsible for.
  2. 02What you want to make possible, and for whom.
  3. 03The proposed format and rough timing.
  4. 04For commercial work, the decision owner and budget range.
